1. By clicking the order/pay button, the Client makes a declaration of intent agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions and undertaking to pay the value of the order.

2. The distance sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Merchant (automatic email or phone call).

1. All prices on the site are in Euro (EUR) with VAT included.

2. The Client can pay in one of the following ways:

• • By bank card (credit/debit) at the time of the order.
• • Cash on delivery – payment in cash or by card to the courier upon receipt of the shipment.

1. Deliveries are made via courier companies Econt or Speedy (at the Client's choice where possible or according to the Merchant's conditions).

2. Delivery can be to a courier's office or to the Client's personal address.

3. Delivery price: Delivery costs are NOT included in the product price and are at the Client's expense. The price is determined according to the current tariffs of the chosen courier company.

4. Delivery time: The standard processing and delivery time for orders is 1 working day (for settlements with a courier office), except in cases of force majeure or delay by the courier.

1. Based on Art. 50 of the CPA, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within a minimum of 14 days (unless otherwise stated on the sales page) from the date of receipt, without stating a reason.

2. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Client must notify the Merchant in writing via email: info@terrazeta.com.

3. Return conditions: Unless other conditions are specified on the sales page, the product must be in commercial condition, intact, without traces of use, scratches, or damage.

4. Return costs: Transport costs for returning the goods are entirely at the Client's expense.

5. The refund is made by bank transfer within 14 days after receiving the returned goods back from the Merchant.

1. The Client has the right to a claim in case of established defects, shortages, or non-conformity of the goods with the agreed.

2. When filing a claim, the Client may claim replacement of the goods with new ones or a refund of the amount paid.

"Zita Invest" EOOD is a personal data controller and processes the information provided by you in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect: Name, surname, phone, email, and delivery address.

3. Purpose of processing: Data is used solely for:

• • Processing and fulfilling your order.
• • Issuing accounting documents (invoices).
• • Contacting you regarding the delivery status.

4. Provision to third parties: Your data (name, phone, address) is provided to the courier company (Econt/Speedy) solely for the purpose of making the delivery. Data is not provided to other third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. You have the right at any time to request correction or deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") by contacting us at info@terrazeta.com, after the statutory period for storing accounting documents has expired.
